At Ruese Insurance Group, we continue to monitor the ever-changing circumstances surrounding the coronavirus and want to ensure we are doing our part for the safety of our clients, employees and business partners.  We are amending some policies in order to be begin a responsible restart.

Effective, Monday, May 4th,  we will continue to assist clients via the phone and email during our normal hours of operation, Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.  We encourage our clients to contact us by phone or e-mail, however, we will begin to meet with individuals on an appointment only basis scheduled at one of our office locations.  If you would like to meet, the following guidelines will apply:

• Scheduled appointment at the selected office location
• Employee and customer must wear a mask
• Duration of the meeting is 30 minutes
